3D Printer Zortrax Inventure

3D Printer Zortrax Inventure can be purchased with the DSS station, which enables convenient and automatic removal of supports using water. The printer is made entirely of metal, thanks to which it is characterized by high stiffness. As a result of using very good stepper motors, a high positioning accuracy was achieved: the XY axis at 1.5 micron and the Z axis at 1.25 micron. These two aspects are crucial for maintaining high quality prints and their repeatability.

Zortrax Inventure

The printer possesses a heated working chamber with dimensions of 135 x 135 x 130 mm, which can support the temperature up to 90 ° C. The chamber is completely closed, thanks to this the printing process is more stable and the risk of unsuccessful printing is minimized to almost zero.

The Zortrax Inventure 3D printer is very easy to use. The Z-Suite software is used to create the model. After creating the model, put the file with the printout on the SD card, and then run it from the printer's interface. The interface is very friendly and has an option limited to the necessary minimum. All operational changes, such as material change, are maximally simplified and automated to a large extent.

The printer has an original system for printing two materials at one time using.

DSS Station

The DSS system eliminates the need to manually remove support, which makes the 3D Printer a great convenience for the user. The DSS station has a fast and easy to use system of soluble support. DSS is an active flow station that dissolves support. You can leave the print in the water for a few hours and find it without the support left. This process saves time.

The DSS station is designed to remove supporting structures that were made of Z-SUPPORT material. No additional solvents are needed for removal, which makes removing the supports greener and safer.
