3DGence

3DGence company deals in the production and sale of 3D printers. In 2014, the 3DGence ONE printer was designed by one of the three founders of the company dr. Roman Foltyn and perfected by scientists from the Silesian University of Technology working in 3DGence. Thanks to cooperation with clients and using the 3DGence inverter experience gathered in 2016, the 3DGence One printer was created. In 2016, work on the 3DGence INDUSTRY printer addressed to the industry was completed. 3DGence company in 2017 became part of MSG (Michal Sołowow Group). This allowed the company to dynamically expand on international markets, implement a new product line, increase production capacity and start research on devices in other 3D printing technologies. The company refines the printer software to make it easier to use and works on new printer models. Printers have a quick head replacement system, thanks to which users can use the open material base and new types of heads designed by 3DGence. The 3DGence company cooperates with the Silesian University of Technology. . 

Exchangeable double head

The 3DGence Double 3D printer has a head module, which has two independent heads that allow printing from model and support materials. To make the printout more precise, the printer has the function of lifting the inactive head and mechanical clogging of the nozzles. The 3DGence Double 3D printer has a quick-change head system, in which the PUSH system enables an efficient replacement of heads without the use of additional tools. 3DGence heads guarantee high-quality prints.

Material flow control system

The 3DGence Double 3D printer has a material flow control system that allows you to control the print process by using two independent material sensing sensors for each extruder. If there is no filament in the feeding system, the printout will be stopped.

The 3DGence Double 3D printer also has an extrusion quality measuring system that is equipped with automatic error detection. This allows constant control over the quality of each printout. If the feed quality decreases, the print will be stopped.

Auto calibration

The 3DGence Double 3D printer has an auto-calibration system that scans the working field and saves the curvature map of the work table. The height measurement of the head above the work table is automatic. The automatic calibration system increases the print quality and fewer problems related to the adhesion of prints to the surface.

Materials

The 3DGence printer has two-material printing technology. The use of two heads allows the printing of model and support material.

The 3DGence Double printer can use soluble support material. Supports of the 3D model are made of water-soluble material for PET and PLA filaments, which enables easy removal of the support.

Ceramic table

The ceramic table leaves a natural structure at the bottom of the printout and allows easy separation of the printout from the work surface. Exchangeable work platforms allow for independent and quick exchange of the printer table

Dedicated electronics

3DGence Titanium has 2 levels of thermal protection of the head and 3 levels of thermal protection of the table. The electronics have been equipped with short-circuit and overload protection. The use of dedicated controllers results in quieter device operation and high positioning precision.
