Design
Design models in all types of CAD software that support exporting files to .stl and .obj.
Z-SUITE software can send a pre-processed model to many 3D printers via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Rinse the supports
Support materials can be easily removed by dissolving them in water. Z-SUPPORT Premium dissolves quickly and leaves no residue on the model.
Move on
After removing the supports, the prints can be used as functional prototypes or parts for the final application.
Zortrax M300 Dual is able to be used in farms of remote controlled 3D printers with a large working area. Printers can be connected to the network in any configuration, using the installed Wi-Fi module and Ethernet and USB ports.

Print without raft
Z-SUITE supports 3D printing without raft. For this purpose, it is recommended to use a glass work platform.
Optimization of the model position
The position of the model on the work platform can be optimized to reduce the number of supports or printing time.
Replication
Models can be easily duplicated to place multiple parts of the same project on a work platform.
Thin wall detection
Z-SUITE will automatically indicate walls that would be too thin to print correctly.
The Zortrax M300 Dual can be operated with a simple to use, intuitive, high-resolution touch screen. The screen shows the available options and previews of the 3D models loaded in printer memory. What's more, the printer's interface can be automatically updated via Wi-Fi.
FDM printers with a working area smaller than Zortrax M300 Dual can print large models in parts, which then have to be folded. Combinations are usually the least durable point of the model, and a larger working field allows to limit their number. Printing successively two parts of a larger model on a smaller printer takes much longer than the performance of this sego model on the Zortrax M300 Dual in one device operating cycle.
Thanks to wireless connectivity, Zortrax M300 Plus is a device adapted to work in 3D printing farms. The Wi-Fi module as well as Ethernet and USB ports enable the connection of printers to the network in any configuration.

Versatile filament, resistant to high temperatures and various chemicals. It can be subjected to post-treatment using tools designed for metalworking. It is a durable material and can be colored with commonly used acid-based dyes.
Excellent resistance
The ABS-based filament is one of the most durable thermoplastics, providing impact and high temperature resistance. It is also available in many colors.
A filament composed of PET thermoplastic combined with glycol to reduce brittleness. This industrial grade material can withstand both UV rays and change its properties over time. It also shows high resistance to oils and greases.
Chemical resistance, transmission of light
Translucent Z-GLASS filament imitating glass, which allows printing of translucent parts of final and functional prototypes. Z-GLASS is resistant to salts, acids, alkalis and solvents.
It guarantees the precision necessary to print models with complex geometry. It is ideal for creating very detailed objects with a smooth surface. It is characterized by high hardness and low shrinkage, making it suitable for printing high-quality parts and consumer products.
Highly resistant and very durable filament based on ABS material, which works well in the creation of functional prototypes and complex mobile mechanisms printed in their entirety. It is resistant to high temperatures and impacts, allowing for accurate testing under unfavorable conditions.
A water-soluble backing material made of butenone vinyl alcohol (BVOH). Compatible with Z-PLA, Z-PETG, Z-SEMIFLEX and Z-ULTRAT Plus, as it can work over a wide temperature range. It leaves no traces on the model and dissolves twice as fast as standard PVA materials.
