Zortrax ENDUREAL has a heated working platform, which heats up to the temperatures necessary for printing high-strength polymers. Advanced thermal insulation keeps the extruder chamber at a constant low temperature to ensure reliable filament feeding. The filaments are stored in a closed chamber with optimal temperature and humidity.

Industrial security systems

Zortrax ENDUREAL 3D printer has industrial security systems. It is equipped with 17 sensors that work in real time. This ensures uninterrupted operation of the device in the most demanding conditions. Temperature sensors prevent the most important components from overheating. Capacitive sensors are responsible for checking the positioning of the nozzles in relation to the build plate to facilitate calibration, while optical sensors ensure perfect positioning of the extruder in all axes. The sensors of the fans are responsible for detecting malfunctions or, if necessary, disconnecting the fan to ensure the perfect temperature. The extruder sensors check if it is properly connected and functional to ensure uninterrupted operation of the device during the 3D printing process.

Industrial double extrusion

Zortrax ENDUREAL 3D printer has an advanced double extrusion system, which is designed for printing high-temperature materials with soluble support structures. Extruder components and filament lines are separated from the printing chamber by a heat insulator. The thermal insulator has a pore size smaller than the average free path length of an air molecule. It has been designed to allow you to work with the most demanding materials. It is compatible with a wide range of filaments, giving you the freedom to print. It allows you to work in single or double extrusion mode.

Heated aluminum work platform

Zortrax Endureal has an aluminum build plate that can heat up to the temperatures necessary for printing from high-strength polymers. The platform has a removable, flexible tray, which is made of ferrite steel and covered with a PEI layer. This ensures proper adhesion of all handled materials and enables quick and easy removal of 3D models.
