Omni500 LITE is an industrial, two-head 3D printer working in FFF technology with a working area of 460 x 460 x 600 mm. The large work area allows you to print large 3D models or several smaller ones at the same time. The Omni3D Omni500 LITE printer can be connected via a dedicated website, which allows you to easily start printing remotely or control its progress. This solution enables building and remote management of a 3D printer farm.
Omni3D Omni500 LITE is equipped with two heads that enable printing from two materials at the same time. In addition, it has an inactive head lifting system, which allows you to print more geometrically complex models, reducing the risk of damage to the printout by touching the inactive head. The system also provides automatic head calibration, which makes it much easier to work with a 3D printer. The maximum temperature of the head is 260 °C / 360 °C / 500 °C. The printer has a closed working chamber heated to 50 ° C. The printing platform is made of ceramic glass and is heated to a maximum of 130 ° C. The printer has an automatic calibration of the printing platform, which allows for quick, efficient and effective implementation of 3D prints.
The printer is equipped with a 7 "LCD touch panel, which makes it easier to work with the device. Omni500 LITE has an aluminum structure, milled on both sides, which ensures the highest flatness of the surface. The new design also affects the uniformity of temperature distribution and safe heating of the table. Additionally, it has an improved mounting of the working platform, which ensures the stability of the surface throughout the printing process. The new system of table holders prevents the working table from moving and minimizes the effect of vibrations generated during 3D printing. The printer also has a new head heat sink cooling system, which improves the temperature stability of the heads and stabilizes the filament flow.
The Omni500 LITE prints at a speed of Max. 86 cm³ / h when using filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The printer can be equipped with a CARBON + HEPA filter. The device has dimensions of 118 x 105 x 76 cm and weighs 150 kg. Due to its parameters, Omni500 LITE is used in industry.
Automatic table leveling system
The Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ is an automatic screed leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to the system of 3 Z axis motors. The printer automatically and automatically carries out the measurements necessary for proper printing. The measurement is carried out by examining the height of the platform with the tip of the nozzle itself, which makes the leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™ enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer. Connecting to the printer via the network enables easy temperature preparation of the 3D printer or uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device. The printer is equipped with a wide-angle camera that allows you to observe the progress of the 3D printing process and allows you to change the temperature without interrupting the printout.
