AzteQ Dynamic is a professional 3D printer operating in Delta kinematics, which ensures excellent surface quality and high printing efficiency. It enables high-volume printing from materials that do not require an actively heated printing chamber, such as PLA, PETG, PA-CF or PC-CF. In addition, it has an automatic calibration of the strain gauge and allows remote management of the device.
In addition to the printing speed, the main advantages of delta printers are their high spatial accuracy and excellent print surface quality. The minimum number of moving parts of the printer also significantly reduces the necessary service interventions resulting from the wear of parts exposed to wear.
Advanced printer calibration concept, uses the print head nozzle to take measurements. In addition, full calibration of the printer is fast enough that it is performed automatically before each start of 3D printing.
With integrated lighting, a built-in camera and remote access from anywhere, you have 100% control of your printer.
Select a specific printhead configuration for a specific material and print speed. Simply attach your chosen printhead to the magnets and AzteQ will automatically perform a full printer calibration. The printheads are also compatible with the entire AzteQ product line.
Thanks to AzteQ, the model is always statically positioned on the PrintPad, and the lightweight print head without an extruder will surprise you not only with its speed of movement, but also with its printing capabilities.
With a maximum print diameter of 300 mm and a height of 400 mm, ambitious projects such as industrial production jigs, fixtures, prototypes or limited series production are possible.
Depending on the application, you can select the most suitable magnetic print head configuration. You can combine E3D V6, Volcano or SuperVolcano hotends with specific nozzle types and dimensions. In addition, each head is equipped with a strain gauge with autocalibration to ensure a truly perfect first layer.
AzteQ was designed as a high-volume 3D printer. The maximum print size for the model is 30 cm in diameter and 40 cm in height.
For long prints, you don't need to be near the device to check it. Thanks to the internal camera and remote management, you are always in control of your 3D printer, no matter where you are.
The head is supported by extremely light and rigid carbon fiber arms, mounted on strong magnets similar to the head itself. Together with THK's state-of-the-art linear guide, the delta kinematics provide fast, precise and repeatable movements that ensure perfect prints.
The flexible PrintPad allows easy removal of the model after printing and is the first step in automating additive manufacturing. In addition, the wide range of PrintPad surface variants ensures optimal adhesion to the various types of materials used.
AzteQ Dynamic can print all major types of FDM printing materials. It is designed for high-volume processing of versatile and easy-to-print materials such as PLA, PETG and CPE, but also handles composite materials such as PA-CF or PC-CF very well.
AzteQ allows you to easily print models with excellent surface quality from materials such as PLA, PETG, CPE, nylon or carbon fiber polycarbonate.
The device allows you to print larger and more complex models with or without supports.
The printer can be controlled via the wireless DeltaControl display located on the docking station, manually or with WebControl via a PC or Mac.
The AzteQ 3D printer, thanks to the lighting of the printing chamber and the integrated camera, enables remote control of the printer and trouble-free operation for many days.
