The use of an LED light source reduces energy consumption and increases the lifetime of the entire system. The MICRON3D green 3D scanner is reliable, which means that it can be used indoors and outdoors.

The housing and design of the scanner was created from modern and durable carbon fiber resistant to fluctuations in ambient temperatures. MICRON3D green is a professional and factory calibrated metrology tool, certified by the manufacturer in accordance with the German VDI / VDE 2634 standard. The measuring accuracy of the scanner can be additionally confirmed by a certificate of an independent accredited metrology laboratory.
All possessed features and innovation of the MICRON3D green scanner from SMARTTECH3D was appreciated, among others, during the Kielce CONTROL-TECH Fair, where the new 3D scanner of the Polish manufacturer was awarded the Gold Medal of the Fair for the best product presented at the fair. The innovativeness of the device has also been confirmed by the Chief Technical Organization, which awarded the product with the Laurel of Innovation 2014.
The standard version of the scanner includes dedicated SMARTTECH3Dmeasure software, a stable tripod with a tilt and swivel head, positioning lasers and a transport case.
To fully enable the freedom of 3D scanning, different versions of the MICRON3D green 3D scanner are available. You can adapt the device to the needs of each user.
The software enables handling large amounts of measurement data. SMARTTECH3Dmeasure allows you to perform and dimension virtual cross-sections of the object, automatically calculating the area of the object and the perimeter. Advanced features and intelligent algorithms allow you to create documentation and 3D models in a very simple way. In addition, the new functionality which is the change of sensor sensitivity parameters allows you to scan objects with a dark color.
