NYLON PA12 + CF filament has been reinforced with 15% carbon fiber, which allows to reduce the weight of the component while maintaining its high structural stiffness. When printing from NYLON PA12 + CF15 filament, a closed chamber is not required.

Fiberlogy NYLON PA12 + CF15 filament has twice the tensile strength and more than twice the stiffness than Nylon PA12. NYLON PA12 + CF15 also has higher thermal and chemical resistance. Fiberlogy NYLON PA12 + CF15 is highly abrasive, therefore a hardened or ruby ​​steel nozzle is required. The recommended printing temperature is 255-270 ° C, while the bed should reach a temperature of 90-110 ° C.

Due to its properties, the Fiberlogy NYLON PA12 + CF15 filament is used in the creation of prototypes such as car parts, drones and mechanical components with high durability. NYLON PA12 + CF15 is also used for printing end products and replacements for metal elements.
