The Ultimaker CPE family of original filaments is chemically resistant, durable and dimensionally stable materials.In addition, CPE + is resistant to temperatures up to 100 °C.

Prints made of CPE (co-polyester) are chemically resistant, hard and exhibit good dimensional stability. This is the preferred choice for both functional prototypes and mechanical parts. Although both CPE and CPE + provide similar parameters, CPE + has an additional higher temperature resistance and increased impact resistance than CPE.

Differences between CPE and CPE +

Tensile and bending strength of CPE is higher, while CPE + is ten times harder.

CPE + has a temperature resistance of up to 100 ° C when the CPE is only resistant up to 70 ° C.

CPE has better platform adhesion than CPE +, but you will not notice the difference when using the stickers provided in the Advanced 3D Printing Kit.
