Filament Barrus PLA-X3 is a material with accelerated crystallization, which will allow us to print very quickly. Print speed is up to 150 mm / s without loss of quality. The supplied filament is on a foil wrapped in a box with a window.

Filament PLA-X3 is an industrial material that allows very fast printing. Pla-X3 differs from PLA primarily due to higher temperature resistance and improved mechanical parameters. Filament PLA-X3 can create prints even at speeds greater than 120 mm / s, which allows more printouts at the same time. It is a biodegradable material with ABS properties but without its disadvantages - shrinkage and delamination.

The composition of the PLA-X3 filament causes the material to crystallize quickly and strongly after printing so that the prints are stiffer and more resistant to temperature. The heating procedure increases the temperature resistance to 95 ° C. PLA-x3 has a very low shrinkage compared to other high temperature PLA materials. This causes that during annealing the change of dimensions is very small. Filament PLA-X3 has been designed specifically for industrial applications in which an easy to print material with good mechanical properties is required. Projects printed with PLA-X3 have a semi-matte finish that reduces the visibility of the layers.

Filament PLA-X3 can be used in printers without a heated table. For printers with a heated table, the recommended temperature is 50 ° C - 60 ° C. PLA-X3 can be used in printers working in FDM / FFF technology.
