Filament Barrus PVA do drukarek 3D

Filament Barrus PVA is a water-soluble material based on polyvinyl alcohol. It sticks well to other filaments and is easy to print. It is suitable for printing supporting elements on dual-head 3D printers. It is not toxic and after dissolving in water it becomes biodegradable.

Filament Barrus PVA it requires a heated table. The recommended temperature is 35 ° C - 60 ° C. During printing, the temperature should not exceed 225 ° C, because at this temperature PVA crystallizes quickly which will later make it difficult to dissolve in water. The rate of dissolution depends on the size of the object and the temperature of the water. PVA filament dissolves in cold water, to speed up the dissolution process, you can use hot water up to 70 ° C.

Barrus PVA can be used in all printers operating in FDM / FFF technology.

The material should be stored in a dry and cool place protected from UV rays
