Modeled on the award-winning Pro2 series, the Pro3 series features improved usability, higher equipment performance and industrial grade repeatability. These features make it the best choice for every customer who uses 3D printing in small-lot production. Additionally, the printer has been extended with the following functionalities:

Interchangeable hotends

The Pro3 series is equipped with a head with two independent hotends that can be easily and conveniently disassembled and replaced. The new removable hotend system is ideal for users who have to print frequently, for example, from abrasive and abrasive materials requiring different types of nozzles. The modules are snap-on installation and no tools are required for replacement.

Automatic leveling

The new Auto Bed Leveling feature is a useful tool for all users. The precise setting of the distance between the platform and the printing nozzles is one of the key elements responsible for a successful printout. It is also especially important when we often remove and reinstall the work platform.

Air flow manager

The Air Flow Manager on the Pro3 series is located on the back of the printer, improving heat dissipation and air circulation, creating a stable environment inside the print chamber. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and purify the air inside the chamber. As long as it works in the recommended temperature range - Air Flow Manager ensures temperature stability inside the chamber, which translates into better quality of prints regardless of external conditions.

The intelligent Eve system

The Pro3 series has a built-in intelligent assistant system - EVE. EVE Assistant can guide the user to accurately locate and solve problems that might affect the final print job. It also has a feature that analyzes printer usage and sends users reminders for scheduled maintenance.

Other improvements:

  • Flexible printing platform that allows you to easily remove printed items
  • The stiffness of the Z axis guides has been increased by 75% to ensure more stable printer operation
  • Automatic door opening detection that immediately pauses printing and resumes it when you close it
  • Second generation power loss recovery - saves the printing state in the event of a power outage and allows it to continue from the same point after power is restored
  • Light control cable with digital temperature measurement
  • HD camera with increased image quality and exposure sensitivity

In terms of material compatibility, the Pro3 series is the printer with the broadest potential in its segment. Capable of printing from any filament operating at temperatures up to 300 ℃, including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, glass fiber, carbon fiber, metal filling and wood filling. Users can expect top-quality performance when using Raise3D filaments as well as third-party filaments that have been approved under the Open Filament program.

The Pro3 series printers can be easily integrated into your production environment as they are compatible with Raise3D's printing ecosystem, including ideaMaker slicing software, ideaMaker open source template library and RaiseCloud print management software.

Raise3D METALFUSE a complete solution for 3D printing from metal

Raise3D Metalfuse is a complete metal 3D printing solution. The set includes a Forge1 3D printer, D200-E catalytic furnace, S200-C sintering furnace, dedicated ideaMaker Metal software and Ultrafuse Metal materials. The Metalfuse solution saves production costs and enables serial production. The printer is equipped with filters that clean the exhaust gases, bringing them to a safe level and reducing pollution.

RAISE3D METALFUSE

Raise3D METALFUSE

The set includes a Forge1 3D printer, D200-E catalytic furnace, S200-C sintering furnace, dedicated ideaMaker Metal software and Ultrafuse Metal materials.

Forge1 is a 3D printer with a double extruder working in the FFF technology with a working area of 300 x 300 x 300 mm. The device can print with a temperature of up to 300 ℃. A catalytic furnace (D200-E) and a sintering furnace (S200-C) are used for post-treatment in a manner similar to the metal injection molding (MIM) process. The use of filament as a consumable makes the system operation completely safe and extremely easy.

The kit includes the Forge1 3D printer, D200-E catalytic furnace, S200-C sintering furnace, dedicated ideaMaker Metal software and Ultrafuse Metal materials.

The Forge1 3D printer enables printing from BASF Forward AM's Ultrafuse® Metal materials, which provide better repeatability and efficiency, and enable the production of small batches of metal parts with complete design freedom and low costs. The BASF Ultrafuse® 17-4PH filament is a hardened chrome-nickel-copper stainless steel with the addition of niobium, which is characterized by high strength and hardness. BASF Ultrafuse® 316L is a chrome-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel that provides enhanced corrosion resistance of the 304 / 304L alloy in moderately corrosive environments.

IdeaMaker software

The printer comes with dedicated ideaMaker Metal software that offers templates optimized for this type of printing, with a sintering and debinding process that can be combined with Metalfuse. The software has been optimized to use Ultrafuse® Metal filaments, with unique features that provide the required part density and repeatability to create the highest quality end parts.

Raise3D RMF500 3D printer, a reliable and precise 3D printer working in FFF technology with a working area of 500 x 500 x 500 mm.

Raise3D RMF500 is a reliable and precise 3D printer working in FFF technology with a working area of 500 x 500 x 500 mm. The printer enables the production of high-quality end parts using carbon or glass fiber reinforced plastics.

RMF500 has a large working area of 500 x 500 x 500 mm for both single and double extruder. It is equipped with a PEI platform with a vacuum manifold, which ensures trouble-free start-up and easy removal of prints. Due to its parameters and functions, the printer will be perfect for small-lot production.

The printer is equipped with a system of two independent extruders (IDEX), which allows to shorten the production time. Extruders are manufactured using industrial ceramic composites, ensuring high efficiency and stable operation. The RMF500 uses a system driven by linear motors. The 1µm synchronized closed loop system increases the efficiency and precision of the printer. The printer has hardened nozzles to allow the use of materials with the addition of carbon and glass fibers.

The RMF500 is made of high-quality steel and has an all-steel frame that provides high capacity and efficiency. The linear motor driven system has a low ground clearance, and the maximum load that the Z axis can withstand is 100 kg. The printer is designed to work with glass and carbon fiber reinforced materials with increased stiffness and a lower shrinkage factor.

Open Filament Program (OFP)

Raise3D printers have been designed to ensure high material compatibility. Raise3D's Open Filament (OFP) program constantly works with other filament manufacturers to select the best filaments for Raise3D printers. Printing settings for such materials are incorporated in IdeaMaker software to make it easier for users to select the highest-performing filaments. OFP has now entered phase 2.0, with certified industrial grade fibers with defined mechanical properties and enhanced performance. The printer has four large filament slots weighing 2.5 kg and allows automatic switching between filaments, reducing the need for user intervention.
