Omni3D Factory 2.0 is an industrial 3D printer working in FFF technology with a working area of 500 x 500 x 500 mm. The printer is perfect for prototyping and allows you to optimize costs and production time. The printer has automatic platform calibration and filament flow control, which optimize the 3D printing process, allowing for quick and effective implementation of 3D projects. Omni3D Factory 2.0 can be additionally equipped with a CARBON + HEPA filter.
The printer has a large working area with a size of 50 x 50 x 50 cm, which allows you to easily print large models or a few smaller ones at the same time. Omni3D Factory 2.0 is equipped with two extruders that enable the printing of complex and unusual shapes using a support material. The automatic system for lifting the inactive head and the ability to print at a temperature of up to 420 °C make Factory 2.0 an industrial 3D printer with a wide range of applications and full precision.
The Omni3D Factory 2.0 3D printer has a closed and heated chamber up to 70 °C, which allows you to print large 3D models from technical materials such as ABS.
Extruder direct cooling system
The Omni3D Coooling System™ allows the extruder to be used in a heated chamber and provides better control over the dimensional precision of 3D printing. The system lowers the temperature inside the filament "path" by 40 - 60 °C, increasing the stiffness of the filament and prevents it from reaching the softening point, which gives greater control over the filament flow and increases the speed and stability of 3D printing.
Filament flow can be controlled
Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ allows you to control the filament flow, ensuring precision and dimensional repeatability. The system is equipped with special encoders that count the amount of material fed by comparing it with the amount set in the .gcode file. If the values differ too much, the printer will inform the user about it.
Adjusting the temperature of the printout on its entire surface
The printer is equipped with a heated chamber and an air circulation system. Omni3D AirCirculation™ is a system that allows you to adjust the printing temperature, which is very important when printing 3D models lasting several hours with high quality and precision.
Automatic extruder height control system
Omni3D Head Leveling Control™ is an automatic extruder leveling system, which consists in direct measurement of the distance in the Z axis between the right and left extruder. The system enables automatic calibration of the nozzle distance from the table, automatic calibration of the height of the nozzles in relation to each other and going through the meshmapping process, which minimizes the impact of table unevenness on the printout.
Automatic table leveling system
The Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ is an automatic screed leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to the system of 3 Z axis motors. The printer automatically and automatically carries out the measurements necessary for proper printing. The measurement is carried out by examining the height of the platform with the tip of the nozzle itself, which makes the leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.
