Professional 3D printing has just become more available. Print Core is an integrated printing module for the Ultimaker 3 printer. In one housing there is a nozzle, a heating block with a double thermal barrier, a heater, a temperature sensor, a cooler and control electronics. This module is a new quality in 3D printing - optimized for specific materials is also very easy to replace in the printer. Thanks to this, we have the ability to quickly change the module to a different one, better suited to the given filament.

Unique features

• Adaptation to the material. Specially profiled inside of the nozzle, tailored to the specific material to ensure the best possible printing. Different modules for building materials and for water-based support material.
• Easy exchange. he design allows very fast and simple replacement of the module with a different model, tailored to the particular filament / combination of filaments we want to print. It is also possible (recommended) to use separate modules for each type of filament - this avoids time-consuming cleaning of the nozzle after changing the material, for instance from ABS to PLA.
• More materials. Modules are adapted to print min. from nylon, PLA, ABS, CPE and PVA. Soon also profiles for CPE +, PC and TPU 95A and separate for support material (BB).
• More accurate temperature control. Integrated design allows very accurate control of the printing temperature.
• Reliable and durable. Better printing results thanks to the silicone printhead inside that protects against filament leakage.
