Formlabs Form Cure L is a station for exposure and curing of prints. The device has a large work table with a diameter of 395 mm and provides fully automatic operation. Device compatible with Formlabs 3D printers.

Form Cure L

Form Cure L will select the working time and temperature itself to obtain the best print properties. All you need to do is select the predefined settings for a specific resin on the touch screen, insert the model and turn on the device. You can also make your own settings according to your needs.

Curing the finished prints improves their mechanical properties and ensures high durability. For curing the prints, the device uses 45 LEDs that emit a light wavelength of 375 - 405 nanometers.

SLA 3D printing process

A 3D printer working in the SLA / LFS Formlabs Form 3BL technology requires appropriate peripheral devices to work with printouts. Form Wash and Form Cure are intelligent devices for post-processing and processing of models printed in SLA / LFS technology. All SLA printed parts require washing to remove residual resin. Finished models are subjected to post-hardening to obtain maximum material properties. Form Wash L & Form Cure L help to improve the 3D printing process in SLA technology.
