Formlabs Form Cure is an exposure and curing station that controls the temperature and time of UV exposure. Form Cure has a turntable that rotates 1 time per minute and ensures uniform illumination of each model. The device is designed for post-processing and processing of models printed in SLA / LFS technology on Form 3L and Form 3BL 3D printers.

Formlabs Form Cure

Form Cure provides fully automatic operation. All you need to do is select predefined settings for a specific resin on the touch screen, insert a model and turn on the device. The working time and temperature will be selected automatically to obtain the best print properties. It is also possible to introduce your own settings according to the user's needs.

Form Cure has an advanced heating system that precisely controls the temperature and duration of UV exposure. The device has built-in 13 multi-directional LEDs that emit constant light, while the wavelength of light during curing of the models is 405 nanometers. Exposing the finished prints improves their properties and mechanical strength.
