Zortrax Cleaning Station is a professional device for post-treatment designed to remove uncured resin from the surface of printed models, made even of the most professional and demanding resins. The print cleaning station has a rotor cleaning system that reduces the risk of damaging the details. Zortrax Cleaning Station is compatible with resin 3D printing technologies - UV LCD, DLP and SLA.

Cleaning Station

The Cleaning Station is equipped with two mechanical filters and an excessive level of cleaning fluid sensor. In addition, it has a flow meter that prevents the device from operating without a cleaning liquid. The device has a working area of ​​300 x 210 x 270 mm, which allows you to place also larger 3D prints in it.

The cleaning process is fully automatic and takes approximately 5 minutes. After finishing work, the top cover opens and the build plate with a clean print is automatically slipped out of the cleaning fluid. The device is equipped with filters that allow isopropyl alcohol to be reused in many cleaning processes. The work platform holder in the Cleaning Station is compatible with the Zortrax Inkspire 2 work platform. This means that placing the printed models in the device can be done without touching them.
