Multi-surface curing

The station has built-in LEDs emitting strong UV light that immediately penetrates deep into the surface of the part, completely curing the printed object in a few minutes. The diodes have 70W of power, thanks to which they ensure an efficient, high-power curing process.

Quick heating of the chamber

The curing station has a ceramic heating module that is integrated with multiple temperature sensors. The chamber quickly heats up to 60 degrees, contributing to the improvement of mechanical properties. In addition, the heating system precisely controls the ambient temperature.

Larger curing volume

FabCure 2 is able to cure objects with a volume of Φ210mm and a height of 180mm, which makes it possible to handle a wide range of dental devices.

Adjustment of curing parameters

FabCure 2 provides optimal curing parameters for Shining 3D resins, which can be updated over a wireless network. In addition, custom curing parameter settings are supported.

Smart material library

With the most up-to-date cloud-based intelligent material library, FabCure 2 is always in sync. The FabCure 2 device is equipped with Wi-Fi, which enables over-the-air updates to deploy the latest firmware.
