Prusa CORE One+ is an improved version of the CORE One model with new features and components that improve user comfort and work autonomy.

  • Automatic upper ventilation grille operation - the extruder automatically opens the ventilation for low-temperature materials (PLA, PETG) and closes it for high-temperature materials, ensuring optimal thermal conditions without operator intervention.
  • Flexible Material Loading - A new filament entry point makes it easier to feed flexible materials (TPU and others). The side filament sensor can be switched to a special mode that disables detection and opens a wider flow.
  • New spool holder - allows the use of spools of different sizes, including feeding filament from a spool placed above the printer.
  • Firmware - CORE One+ includes all CORE One printer firmware updates, resulting in better print quality and smoother operation from the moment you turn it on.

The printer is factory calibrated and ready to use right out of the box. A one-time calibration is all it takes to start printing. Recalibration is available from the menu if necessary. Advanced sensors, including a strain gauge in the Nextruder, ensure automatic bed leveling and a perfect first layer across the entire surface.

Nextruder with 360° Cooling and Input Shaper

The upgraded Nextruder Direct Drive extruder with 360° cooling enables flawless printing of complex, unsupported parts with an angle of up to 75°, saving time and material. CoreXY kinematics, a high-flow nozzle (Prusa Nozzle High-Flow CHT), and Input Shaper technology (active vibration cancellation) ensure high print speeds without sacrificing quality. Print profiles developed by Prusa Research almost completely eliminate vertical fine lines and unsightly vertical stripes, allowing you to use finished prints as final products. Nextruder is compatible with E3D V6 nozzles (with an adapter).

Actively heated chamber up to 55 °C

The compact, volume-minimized build chamber allows for quick temperature gains of up to 55°C. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control ensure optimal printing conditions for advanced materials: ASA, ABS, PC, and PA (nylon) – without warping. The all-steel housing structure is an integral part of the printer, providing the stability and rigidity necessary for operation at elevated temperatures.

The printer supports 1.75mm filaments: PLA, PETG, Flex (TPU), PVA, PC, PP, CPE, and PVB. A chamber heated to 55°C allows printing with ASA, ABS, PC, and PA (nylon). The Nextruder with a High-Flow CHT nozzle supports print profiles for over 200 filaments. A special filament sensor mode simplifies feeding flexible materials.
