ATMAT Jupiter 3D printer

ATMAT Jupiter 3D printer is one of the largest industrial class 3D printers in Europe. The printer works in FFF (FDM) technology and has a working area of 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm. This allows you to create objects up to 2 meters long. To improve the production process and increase efficiency, the device has been equipped with the latest technological solutions in the industrial standard.

The device has a stable structure built using aluminum sheets. On the outer part of the housing there is a light column and a safety switch. In addition, the printer has a separate cabinet for filaments to protect the material from moisture absorption, which guarantees the invariability of the properties of the filaments.

ATMAT Jupiter 3D printer has many functions that allow you to take full advantage of the device's capabilities. Jupiter is equipped with, among others, a high-performance printing system, a filament wardrobe with dehumidifiers, a heated chamber, intelligent control systems and a system to resume printing after a power loss.

High performance printing system

ATMAT Jupiter 3D printer is equipped with two heads, which allows large-size printing. The first head uses two extruders that have a common filament mixing tank. This allows high speed printing, processing up to 0.5 kg of material per hour. The second head acts as an auxiliary head. It has a single extruder, which is intended for the production of support structures or models requiring higher accuracy.

Filament case with dehumidifying containers

The filament case allows storage of 3 material spools, each up to 10 kg. This allows you to work without having to change materials. The filaments are placed in containers with dehumidifiers. This reduces the moisture absorption of the filaments and guarantees that their properties remain unchanged.

Heat-insulated, heated chamber

The heated chamber maintains a stable environment in the working chamber. The constant temperature of the printed model means that there is no processing shrinkage, layer splitting, cracking or peeling of the model from the table.

Intelligent machine control systems

The printer has been equipped with intelligent control systems. This allows the user to quickly respond to emerging problems during printing. After losing power, the user can resume the printing process, which guarantees stability and uninterrupted production. The device was also equipped with, among others, a sensor for the lack of filament flow, which prevents sudden interruption of the printout, a sensor for measuring the filament mass, allowing to predict the amount of material needed to print the model and automatic calibration of the nozzle height, semi-automatic leveling of the table, semi-automatic filament change and automatic leveling of the XY running frame.

Magnetic drive

ATMAT Jupiter 3D printer has a magnetic drive that guarantees higher speeds, accelerations and more accurate positioning. It has no mechanical parts that can be damaged. The encoder allows continuous reading of the position in which the head is located. This means that the printer does not have material shifts, and each subsequent layer is always applied in the right place.

Restart of the printout after a power interruption

The printer has a system to resume printing after a power loss. This makes it possible for the user to resume the printing process in the event of a power outage. This guarantees stability and uninterrupted production for several days. After power loss, the controller saves the current position of the head. Then, after restoring power, the user can resume printing in the control panel.
