Omni LITE is a newer version of the Omni500 LITE 3D printer. The printer is equipped with new parts, electronics and functions. Omni LITE has a new, thicker work table, which significantly improves adhesion and minimizes the risk of material shrinkage. The new table allows you to print large elements on the entire table surface without losing geometry. Additionally, the table is equipped with a two-zone heater, which is responsible for uniform heating of the work table.

The Omni LITE 3D printer is equipped with an original air circulation system (Omni3D Air Circulation™). The new system maintains a constant temperature in the working chamber, which allows for higher quality printed details. Maintaining a constant temperature is a very important element when printing with technical materials. Adjusting the ambient temperature to the optimal value for a given material allows you to significantly reduce or completely eliminate unfavorable changes in geometry.

Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™

Automatic table leveling system

Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ is an automatic table leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to a system of three Z-axis motors. The printer independently and automatically performs the measurements necessary for correct printing. The measurement is made by testing the height of the platform with just the tip of the nozzle, which makes leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™

Remote viewing of the 3D print via camera

Omni3D Web Control™ enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer. Connecting to the printer via a network allows for easy temperature preparation of the 3D printer or uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device. The printer is equipped with a wide-angle camera that allows you to observe the progress of the 3D printing process and allows you to change the temperature without having to interrupt the printing.
