The CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS 3D printer offers a large build area, higher print speeds, broad material compatibility, simpler operation, and stable operation around the clock.

Calibrating the XY axis with an HD macro camera

An advanced automatic calibration system significantly simplifies printer operation and eliminates the need for manual parameter setting. By precisely adjusting the X, Y, and Z axes, the printer automatically synchronizes both nozzles, resulting in perfect layer alignment and high print quality. The entire process is supported by an artificial intelligence system using image analysis. Visual recognition algorithms automatically identify reference points and optimize settings, ensuring repeatability and reliability, even with the most demanding projects.

After restarting, the printer resumes printing exactly where it left off, eliminating the need to restart the print, saving time and material. The D600 Pro3 HS is also equipped with a filament sensor that pauses the printer and informs the user when it's low, allowing for a spool change and continued printing without losing progress. A system is also available that automatically switches to the backup nozzle when the main nozzle runs out of filament, continuing the printing process without interruption, ensuring uninterrupted production even during filament replacement.
