Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS is a professional 3D printer using Hyper FFF technology with a working area of ​​300 x 300 x 605 mm. The printer offers increased hardware durability and automatic filament switching. Additionally, to enable fast and continuous 3D printing of industrial and composite objects, Pro3 Plus HS allows the use of up to two spools of materials weighing 2.5 kg at the same time. The device is ideal for creating industrial and composite tools, instruments, fixtures and end-use parts.

Built-in Hyper FFF technology

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS 3D printer is equipped with a new hotend with high filament flow and an active vibration reduction algorithm, which allows printing at a standard speed of 300 mm/s. Even when using high-performance materials, the Hyper Core Pro3 Plus HS can still achieve average speeds of 200-300 mm/s, resulting in noticeable improvements in print speeds compared to the existing Raise3D product range with the Hyper FFF update.

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS 3D printer is equipped with a new build platform that offers a more uniform and strong magnetic attraction to prevent model warping. The new platform is 1mm thinner and heats up to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions. Higher heating speed reduces waiting time and improves printing efficiency.

Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS uses Hyper FFF technology, which was created for precise and reliable fast 3D printing. The 3D printer allows printing at a standard speed of 300 mm/s. The Pro3 Plus HS 3D printer has a new closed-loop stepper motor, along with double-membrane connectors and an optimized axis design, which significantly increases the precision of the extruder and stabilizes the accuracy of movement. Additionally, the solution used reduces the noise caused by head movement by over 27%.

Additionally, the Pro3 Plus HS printer is equipped with a function that, if there is no material on one spool, it will automatically switch to the other, which significantly increases the time of continuous printing and reduces the risk of printing failure due to material wear.
