The CreatBot F430 NX 3D printer is equipped with a high-temperature hotend enabling printing at temperatures up to 420°C. Additionally, it has a special silicon carbide nozzle that allows printing from technical and composite materials.

Double independent extruder system (IDEX)

Double independent extruder system (IDEX)

CreatBot F430 NX has a system of double independent extruders (IDEX), which allows printing using many materials. The IDEX system allows printing in duplication and mirror image modes. Additionally, it allows you to print from supporting materials.

Large working area

The F430 NX printer allows you to print objects with a size of 400 x 300 x 300 mm when using a single extruder and 360 x 300 x 300 mm when using both extruders. Printing in duplication mode allows you to print objects with a size of 225 x 300 x 300mm, while when printing in mirror image mode, you can print objects with a size of 190 x 300 x 300mm.

Z axis strengthening

The back side of the Z axis consists of a precision ball screw and 4 reinforced axes that ensure precise alignment and synchronous movement.

Actively heated chamber

The printer is equipped with a work table heated to 140°C and an actively heated chamber to 70°C, which prevents shrinkage and cracking of technical materials. The closed and actively heated chamber allows printing from technical and composite materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, UltraPA-CF, ensuring high quality and maximum mechanical properties.
