Omni3D TECH+ is an industrial 3D printer using FFF technology with a build volume of 500 × 500 × 570 mm. The device has fully automatic calibration, two heads with an automatic height control system and filament flow detection, and a heated build chamber up to 75 °C. Omni TECH+ is a new version of the Omni3D Factory 2.0 NET printer, equipped with an improved build table, head cleaning system, chamber insulation, and integrated USB and SD ports.

Work table with a dual-zone heater

Omni TECH+ is equipped with a new glass build plate with a special dual-zone heater that ensures uniform heating across the entire plate surface. This solution increases first-layer adhesion, improves model geometry reproduction, and minimizes material shrinkage. The use of thicker glass enables printing large elements and improves print adhesion to the platform.

The printer has a new head cleaning system – larger containers and brushes placed on two levels ensure safe and effective cleaning of both heads. The reinforced X-axis module significantly increases the stability of the structure and improves print quality.

Omni3D Coooling System™ - direct extruder cooling

The system allows the extruder to operate in a heated chamber and provides greater control over print dimensional precision. The Omni3D Cooling System™ lowers the temperature inside the filament path by 40–60°C, increasing material stiffness and preventing it from reaching its softening point. This provides greater control over filament flow and increases print speed and stability.

Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ - filament flow control

The system controls filament flow, ensuring precision and dimensional repeatability. Special encoders count the amount of material fed and compare it with the amount specified in the .gcode file. When the values ​​differ beyond the permissible tolerance, the printer notifies the operator.

Omni3D AirCirculation™ - print temperature adjustment

The air circulation system in the heated chamber allows you to regulate the print temperature across its entire surface. AirCirculation™ ensures even temperature distribution, which is important when printing 3D models for many hours requiring high quality and dimensional precision.

Omni3D Head Leveling Control™ - automatic extruder height control

Automatic extruder leveling system based on direct measurement of the Z-axis distance between the right and left extruders. Head Leveling Control™ enables automatic calibration of the nozzle-to-bed distance, automatic calibration of nozzle heights relative to each other, and meshmapping, which minimizes the impact of bed unevenness on print quality.

Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ - automatic table leveling

Automatic platform leveling is achieved using a system of three Z-axis motors. The printer independently performs the measurements necessary for correct printing. Measurement is performed by examining the platform height with the nozzle tip, which ensures greater leveling precision without the need for additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™ - remote viewing and management

The system enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer over the network. The network connection allows for temperature preparation of the printer and uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device. A wide-angle camera allows you to observe printing progress and change temperatures without interrupting the process. The system also supports printer farm management.

Improved port isolation and integration

Improved print chamber insulation enables better temperature balance and reduces the build chamber warm-up time. A new head detection system minimizes failure rates. Full integration of USB and SD ports improves the device's functionality and user comfort.

The Omni TECH has a build volume of 500 x 500 x 570 mm, providing a print volume of over 142 liters. The printer is designed to produce large-sized components in a single print run.

The standard 360°C hotend supports PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PA (nylon), PC, TPU, and other technical materials. The optional high-temperature 500°C hotend expands compatibility to include materials such as PEEK, PEI (ULTEM), and PEKK. The heated chamber (70°C) and bed (170°C) provide the necessary conditions for printing with materials susceptible to thermal deformation.

Omni TECH is a new version of Factory 2.0 NET with an improved build plate (dual-zone heater, thicker glass), a new head cleaning system (larger containers, two-level brushes), a stiffened X-axis, improved chamber insulation, a new head detection system and full integration of USB and SD ports.

Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ is a filament flow control system with built-in encoders. The encoders count the amount of material fed and compare it to a preset value in the .gcode file. When deviation exceeds the allowable tolerance, the printer alerts the operator, allowing for early detection of material feeding issues.
