The Omni TECH 3D printer is a new version of the Omni3D Factory 2.0 NET 3D printer. The printer has a new work table equipped with a special two-zone heater that ensures even heating of the work table over its entire surface. This solution increases adhesion, which allows for better mapping of the model geometry and minimization of material shrinkage. Additionally, the use of thicker glass allows printing large elements and improves their adhesion.

The printer also received a new head cleaning system. Larger containers and brushes on two levels have been added to ensure greater safety when cleaning both heads. Additionally, the X-axis module has been stiffened, which significantly increases its stability and improves the quality of prints.

The device is also equipped with a new head detection system, which reduces head failure to a minimum. The insulation of the printing chamber has also been improved, which now allows for a better temperature balance and shortens the heating time of the working chamber. The printer also has full integration of USB and SD ports, which significantly improves the functionality and comfort of using the device.

Omni3D Cooling System™ allows you to use the extruder in a heated chamber and provides better control over the dimensional precision of the 3D print. The system lowers the temperature inside the filament "path" by 40 - 60°C, increasing the stiffness of the filament and protecting it from reaching the softening point, which gives greater control over the filament flow and increases the speed and stability of 3D printing.

Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ allows you to control the flow of the filament, ensuring precision and dimensional repeatability. The system is equipped with special encoders that count the amount of material fed, comparing it with the amount set in the .gcode file. When the values ​​differ too much, the printer will inform the user about it.

Adjusting the print temperature over its entire surface

The printer is equipped with a heated chamber and an air circulation system. Omni3D AirCirculation™ is a system that allows you to adjust the print temperature, which is very important when printing high-quality and precise 3D models that last several hours.

Automatic height control system for extruders

Omni3D Head Leveling Control™ is an automatic extruder leveling system that involves direct measurement of the distance in the Z axis between the right and left extruders. The system enables automatic calibration of the nozzle distance from the table, automatic calibration of the nozzle height relative to each other and the meshmapping process, which minimizes the impact of table unevenness on the printout.

Automatic table leveling system

Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ is an automatic table leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to a system of three Z-axis motors. The printer independently and automatically performs the measurements necessary for correct printing. The measurement is made by testing the height of the platform with just the tip of the nozzle, which makes leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™

Remote viewing of the 3D print via camera.

Omni3D Web Control™ enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer. Connecting to the printer via a network allows for easy temperature preparation of the 3D printer or uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device.
