CreatBot PEEK-250 features a high-temperature direct-drive extruder equipped with a silicon carbide (SiC) nozzle. The standard nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm, with the option to switch to nozzles ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mm in diameter.

Aerospace-grade work platform – 200°C

The ultra-flat, aerospace-grade build platform features a polymer-based coating and heats up to 200°C. The platform requires no manual or automatic leveling, eliminating the risk of sensor failure in extremely high-temperature environments. Its design-combining an aluminum PCB with a dedicated PEEK printing surface-ensures stable first-layer adhesion, even when printing with the most demanding materials.

Built-in annealing system

CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer features an in-situ annealing function. Once the model is printed, there is no need to remove it from the build platform, allow it to cool naturally, or transfer it to an external annealing oven. Simply select the built-in annealing function for the specific material (PEEK, PEI, etc.) on the printer's screen. Annealing temperature and duration can be adjusted in the device settings. Annealing enhances the mechanical and thermal properties of prints made from high-temperature materials.
