The CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer has a high-temperature extruder equipped with a special nozzle made of silicon carbide, which is characterized by excellent wear resistance, which makes it possible to print from technical and composite materials below 500°C.

CreatBot PEEK-250 has a fully closed, actively heated working chamber up to 200°C, which ensures excellent print quality without warping or cracking 3D models. During printing, the device circulates hot air 360°, ensuring uniform heating inside the working chamber.

Security

The CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer is equipped with a professional, aviation-grade thermal insulating protective cover. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, multi-path heat dissipation, customized high-temperature-resistant parts and the use of multi-layer thermal insulation materials, when the temperature in the chamber reaches 180°C, the temperature of the front door, upper door, screen surface and side panels of the machine is within 40 °C, ensuring the safety of users.

CreatBot PEEK-250 features an ultra-flat, aerospace-grade build platform with a polymer-based coating. No manual or automatic leveling is required during printing, avoiding sensor failure in high-temperature environments.

Annealing system

The CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer is equipped with an annealing function, which means that after printing the models, there is no need to remove it from the platform, cool it naturally or anneal it in an annealing furnace. Simply select the built-in "direct post-print annealing" function on the printer screen for the appropriate material, such as PEEK, PEI, etc. It is also possible to modify the built-in annealing temperature and time in the settings.
