IMPORTANT INFORMATION


Acceptance of the equipment for the service involves a fixed fee of PLN 160 net. The cost of shipping the equipment to the service and return shipping is borne by the customer. The cost of return shipping will be charged according to the courier company's price list. In the case of a warranty repair, the fee for admission to the service is not charged, and the cost of return shipment is borne by the service.

The shipped device should be packed in its original packaging and secured by installing original security measures for the duration of transport. Global 3D is not responsible for damage caused in transit.

Service repairs in our company will be carried out only on the basis of submitted service requests. Please do not send us the equipment without our express notice, equipment sent to us without prior agreement will be returned at the customer's expense.
