Power Loss Recovery, Filament Detection, and Backup Mode

The CreatBot D1000 Pro HS 3D printer is equipped with a system that automatically remembers the current position and saves print data in the event of a power outage. After restarting, the printer resumes printing exactly where it left off, eliminating the need to start over, saving time and material.

The CreatBot D1000 Pro HS also has a filament sensor that pauses the printer and informs the user when it is running low, allowing you to replace the spool and continue printing without losing progress.

There is also a system available that, if the filament in the main nozzle runs out, will automatically switch to the backup nozzle, continuing the printing process without interruption, ensuring production continuity even when changing the filament.

External air cooling

The CreatBot D1000 Pro HS is equipped with a medical-grade pump that provides strong and constant airflow with minimal noise. Additionally, the system protects the eddy current sensor from extreme chamber heating during platform leveling. Targeted cooling prevents thermal damage and failure, ensuring maximum accuracy and long-term sensor reliability. An external air cooling system directs fresh air directly onto the model, instantly curing the material. This solution prevents layer collapse and stringing in the heated chamber, ensuring perfect overhangs and excellent surface quality.

Quad-Z Auto Leveling

The D1000 Pro HS 3D printer features an independent four-motor drive that allows for individual height compensation at each corner of the platform. The system automatically detects and precisely adjusts the vertical height of each corner to ensure the most accurate distance between the print bed and the 3D printer frame. This solution completely eliminates first-layer adhesion issues in large-format prints, guaranteeing excellent quality from the very beginning. The platform is equipped with four motors that work in perfect synchronization, ensuring smooth lifting and stable support for heavy loads. Even during high-speed printing, the platform remains stable, eliminating layer lines caused by micro-vibrations in the print bed.

Auto Leveling

The printer also features independent motors that actively maintain platform stability in real time. Regardless of the printhead's position, four support points provide uniform counterbalance force, preventing physical tilt or mechanical twisting, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy across every inch of the 1000 mm wide build area. By evenly distributing power across four stepper motors, Z-axis movement is smoother and more precise, ensuring a perfect, smooth surface for printed parts.
