Hyper FFF Technology

The Raise3D Pro3 HS utilizes Hyper FFF technology, designed for precise and reliable high-speed printing. A new high-flow hotend and an active vibration reduction algorithm enable printing at a standard speed of 300 mm/s. When using high-performance Hyper Core materials, the printer achieves average speeds of 200–300 mm/s, representing a significant boost in productivity compared to the previous Pro3 series.

Differences between the Pro3 and Pro3 HS series

Differences between the Pro3 and Pro3 HS series

The Pro3 HS series is an enhanced version of the Pro3 series, featuring new components and functions:

  • Standard print speed of up to 300 mm/s
  • Modified work table with faster heating
  • Closed-loop stepper motors
  • Optimized axle design (noise reduction of over 27%)
  • Automatic filament switching between nozzles
  • Dedicated humidity-controlled containers for 2.5 kg spools, RFID sensor, support for silicon carbide (SiC) nozzles
  • Ready-to-print composite profiles

New work platform

The Pro3 HS features a new flexible steel build plate with a BuildTak surface, offering more uniform and strong magnetic adhesion to prevent model warping. The build plate is 1 mm thinner than the previous version and heats up to 100°C two minutes faster, reducing wait times and improving printing efficiency. Replaceable print surfaces are available.

Automatic filament switching and RFID sensor

A dual print head with automatic filament switching enables uninterrupted production—if the material on one spool runs out, the printer automatically switches to the other nozzle. A new RFID filament sensor identifies the material and verifies print parameters, preventing the use of incorrect settings. The printer simultaneously accommodates two 2.5 kg spools.

Improved controls and design

Improved controls and design

Closed-loop stepper motors, featuring dual-diaphragm couplings and an optimized axis design, enhance extruder precision and stabilize motion accuracy. This solution reduces noise caused by printhead movement by over 27%. A robust, all-metal frame ensures smooth motion and precise positioning. The reinforced hotend and all-metal nozzle enable continuous, long-duration production. Stepper motors equipped with optical encoders improve accuracy and long-term repeatability.

Hyper Core materials and composite printing

Raise3D Hyper Core materials ensure rapid melting and cooling, enabling high-speed printing while maintaining superior strength and rigidity—making them ideal for demanding end-use applications. The Pro3 HS enables high-speed printing with composite materials at speeds of 200–300 mm/s, thanks to its support for silicon carbide (SiC) nozzles.

Optional filament storage device

Optional filament storage device

The printer can optionally be equipped with an external filament storage unit featuring humidity control. The unit accommodates up to two 2.5 kg spools, enabling continuous printing for up to 120 hours. The automatic spool-switching function significantly extends continuous production time and reduces the risk of print interruption due to material depletion.

Air filtration and monitoring

The HEPA filter with activated carbon captures fine particles and neutralizes volatile organic compounds, enabling safe use in office and laboratory environments. A built-in camera allows for remote monitoring of the printing process. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connectivity provide flexibility in managing the printer.
