At the start of the printing process, the printer touches the nozzle to the build plate in a grid pattern, measures the distance, and calculates the correct offsets. The result is a perfect first layer on any surface, with no need for manual adjustment.

The High-Flow head, equipped with a quick-change 0.4 mm E3D Revo nozzle, is optimized for rapid prototyping using materials that require printing temperatures of up to 300°C. Meanwhile, the High-Temp head features an abrasion-resistant, quick-change 0.4 mm E3D Revo nozzle capable of reaching temperatures up to 500°C, enabling printing with materials such as PEEK, PEKK, or PEI (Ultem).

The Prusa PRO HT90 offers access to two fully functional remote print management systems. The device can operate in local mode—allowing access solely via the local network—or in remote mode using the Prusa Connect platform, which enables secure monitoring and management of the printer from anywhere. The printer is also equipped with a built-in camera and chamber lighting, allowing for remote monitoring of the printing process.
