The original Prusa HT90 Textured Powder-coated Print Sheet was designed for durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Its surface is created by powder coating applied directly to the metal, making it resistant to accidental contact with a heated nozzle, while the steel base disperses heat to minimize deformation risks. The textured finish transfers to the bottom of prints, giving them a distinctive look while hiding most minor wear. Scratches may only appear on the tops of small bumps, without affecting the quality of the model’s base layer. This type of build plate is used in professional Prusa print farms, proving its reliability, longevity, and aesthetic quality.
