The original Prusa HT90 PP Powder-coated Print Sheet was developed for printing with polypropylene-based filaments, especially Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black. Standard satin or textured build plates often provide insufficient adhesion for PP materials, which is why this surface has been specially engineered to improve bonding and overall print stability. The lightly textured coating resembles a satin finish, masking minor wear while enhancing the bottom surface of prints. This build plate performs exceptionally well with larger PP models, ensuring consistent adhesion and reliable results. Compatible with high-temperature Curie magnets in the HT90 bed, it provides secure attachment and easy removal, making it a practical and efficient solution for daily use.
