With a maximum print speed of 200 mm/s and support for the IDEX system, the printer can double production efficiency by printing identical models simultaneously. The IDEX system enables printing with two materials requiring significantly different temperatures. Printing with flexible materials – Flex Kit

Increasing the TPU filament feed rate enables the printing of high-quality flexible parts at speeds of up to 200 mm/s. The feeder expands the printer's compatibility to include materials of varying hardness: TPU-95A, TPU-90A, and TPU-80A.

Thanks to an optional print head designed for composite filaments (CF Kit), the Raise3D E3 3D printer supports composite materials such as PET CF, PET GF, PPS CF, PA12 CF+, and others. The Raise3D E3 3D printer features Pro Ironing; when used with Hyper Speed ​​PLA Pro or Industrial PETG ESD filament, this function delivers a surface finish comparable to injection molding—with an average roughness (Ra) of less than 2 µm.

The Raise3D E3 3D printer features two built-in chambers with desiccant that maintain filaments in optimal conditions. These chambers eliminate print defects caused by moisture and prevent dimensional deformation associated with continuous high-temperature drying. This solution ensures greater dimensional accuracy for printed parts. Both chambers are equipped with filament run-out sensors.
