EinScan HX is an industrial, handheld 3D scanner using a hybrid combination of a blue LED and a blue laser. The scanner can scan using blue LED light, which allows for fast scanning, or blue laser light, which provides better performance when scanning reflective and/or dark colored objects. The device uses blue LED light to scan at a speed of 1,200,000 points/s, and when using a laser at a speed of 480,000 points/s. The EinScan HX 3D scanner provides the high resolution and accuracy that is essential for most industrial reverse engineering and measurement applications.

Key parameters of the EinScan HX scanner

The EinScan HX 3D scanner working in fast scanning mode can scan at a speed of 1,200,000 points/s with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. The scanner's field of view using LED light is 200 - 700 mm and the point distance is 0.25 - 3 mm. Working in laser mode allows you to scan most objects in a few minutes. The scanning speed is 480,000 points/s with a scanning accuracy of 0.04 mm. The field of view of the scanner using the laser is 350 - 610 mm, and the point distance is 0.05 - 3 mm.

The scanner allows you to work in two scanning modes. One of them is scanning using blue LED light, which is intended for quick scanning, and the other is scanning using a blue laser, which is intended for more precise scanning of 3D objects.

The EinScan HX 3D scanner has a built-in color camera that captures and tracks textures in full color. This allows you to freely scan 3D objects.
