Omni PRO has a direct extruder cooling system, an automatic extruder height control system and an automatic table leveling system. Additionally, the Omni PRO 3D printer allows you to control the material flow, adjust the print temperature over its entire surface and remotely view the print via the built-in camera.

Direct extruder cooling system

Omni3D Cooling System enables the use of the extruder in a heated chamber and provides better control over the dimensional precision of the 3D print. The system lowers the temperature inside the filament "path" by 40 - 60°C, increasing the stiffness of the filament and protecting it from reaching the softening point, which gives greater control over the filament flow and increases the speed and stability of 3D printing.

Omni3D FilamentFlowControl allows you to control the flow of the filament, ensuring precision and dimensional repeatability. The system is equipped with special encoders that count the amount of material fed, comparing it with the amount set in the .gcode file. Omni3D Head Leveling Control is an automatic extruder leveling system that involves direct measurement of the distance in the Z axis between the right and left extruders. The system enables automatic calibration of the nozzle distance from the table, automatic calibration of the nozzle height relative to each other and the meshmapping process, which minimizes the impact of table unevenness on the printout.

Automatic table leveling system

Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System is an automatic table leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to a system of three Z-axis motors. The printer independently and automatically performs the measurements necessary for correct printing. The measurement is made by testing the height of the platform with just the tip of the nozzle, which makes leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™

Remote viewing of the 3D print via camera

Omni3D Web Control enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer. Connecting to the printer via a network allows for easy temperature preparation of the 3D printer or uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device.
