Omni3D 3D printers are large-format devices optimized for 3D printing of large components. They enable the creation of high-performance prints for demanding applications. All devices feature actively or passively heated build chambers, proprietary filament flow control systems, and remote management via a browser.

Technologies used in Omni3D printers

Omni3D 3D printers utilize a range of proprietary technological solutions developed by a Polish team of engineers. The Omni3D Cooling System™ ensures stable extruder cooling even when operating in a high-temperature heating chamber, which is crucial when printing materials such as PEEK or ULTEM. Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ technology with encoders monitors filament flow in real time, eliminating the risk of failed prints caused by material jams or running out.

The Omni3D AirCirculation™ system ensures even air circulation within the enclosed build chamber, preventing thermal deformation (warping) when printing large parts from ABS, PA, or composite materials. Automatic table calibration is achieved by the Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ with three independent Z-axis motors, while the Omni3D Head Leveling Control™ automatically levels nozzles in dual-head systems.

All Omni3D printers are equipped with Omni3D Web Control™ – a web interface that allows remote print management, progress monitoring via a built-in camera, and job queuing from any device with a web browser.

Applications of Omni3D 3D printers

Industry and Production

Omni3D printers are used in the production of tools, assembly fixtures, injection molds, and spare parts. The large build volume (up to 540 x 540 x 570 mm) allows for 1:1 scale printing without the need to split the model. The open material system allows for the selection of the optimal filament for a specific application – from flexible TPU to durable PA12 GF.

Automotive and aviation

The Omni PRO HT and Omni PROM models are used to produce parts from high-temperature materials (PEEK, ULTEM) that meet the requirements of the aerospace and automotive industries.

Rail transport

Omni3D printers use filaments certified to the EN45545 standard for flammability of materials in rail vehicles. ABS EN45545 is available for the TECH, NOVA, and LITE models, allowing the production of rolling stock parts compliant with European safety regulations.

Medicine and laboratories

Omni PRO HT enables printing with biocompatible materials (PEEK, ULTEM) used in the production of implants, surgical instruments, and laboratory equipment. The enclosed, heated chamber ensures stable printing conditions required for medical materials.
