The original Prusa HT90 PA Nylon Powder-coated Print Sheet was designed for demanding polyamide-based filaments, such as Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black. Standard satin or textured build plates often provide insufficient adhesion for PA materials, which is why this version features a specially engineered surface finish to ensure reliable first layer bonding and overall print stability. The build plate works with high-temperature Curie magnets in the HT90 bed, offering secure attachment and easy removal after printing. For maintenance, the surface should be cleaned only with water or water mixed with a drop of mild detergent to remove greasy spots. Using isopropyl alcohol or acetone is not recommended, as it can quickly damage the coating and reduce its durability. This dedicated build plate guarantees excellent results when working with PA and PETG filaments.
