CORE One PA Nylon Powder coated Print Sheet is a spring steel build plate with a powder-coated surface, designed for 3D printing with polyamide-based materials. Standard build plates, such as satin or textured, often fail to provide sufficient adhesion for PA11. The special surface finish guarantees stable adhesion of the model throughout the entire printing process, making it the best choice for demanding filaments such as Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black. The surface has been optimized to eliminate the need for additional separation layers or glue sticks. Cleaning is very simple – just use clean water, or water with a drop of dish soap to remove grease stains. It is important to avoid isopropyl alcohol and acetone, as these can irreversibly damage the surface and shorten the lifespan of the plate. The build plate is perfectly suited for working with polyamide and PETG. Other materials, such as PLA or ABS, may detach during printing, so it is recommended to limit its use exclusively to dedicated filaments.
