The original Prusa HighTemp Powder-coated Print Sheet was developed for printing with advanced high-temperature materials such as PEEK, PEI, and PPSU. The build plate is secured by magnets embedded in the HT90 bed, ensuring stable mounting while allowing quick installation and removal. Its powder-coated surface provides a distinctive textured finish that transfers to the bottom of prints, enhancing their appearance while masking minor wear. The durable surface withstands repeated heating cycles above 100 °C without losing adhesion properties, making it a reliable solution for demanding industrial-grade filaments.

Supported high-temperature materials:

• PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF
• PEI 1010, PEI 9085, PEI-CF
• PEKK, PEKK-CF
• PES
• PPSU
• PSU

Not suitable for low-temperature materials such as PLA or PETG.

Product features:

• The surface texture is transferred to the bottom layer of the print
• Live Z adjustment does not need to be as precise
• Can only be cleaned with water and dishwashing liquid
• Requires the use of a release layer
