Dimafix pen is an adhesive for 3D printers that works with such materials as ABS, HIPS, PVA, PLA and TPE.

Adhesion to the substrate becomes active after reaching a temperature above 50 ° C. When the table temperature drops below 50 ° C, the adhesive loses its properties, which means that printed models can be easily peeled off from the table.

Dimafix pen has four temperature zones in which it becomes active.

  • Zone I (temperature below 65 ° C) - after cooling the table to a temperature below 65 ° C it will make that prints can be easily peeled off from the table.
  • Zone II (temperature 65 - 75 ° C) - at 65 ° C - 75 ° C the prints have average adhesive power. Which makes it recommended to use prints without sharp edges and vertices.
  • Zone III (temperature 75 - 95 ° C) - at a temperature of 75 ° C - 95 ° C prints have high adhesion, which allows you to print any shape and size up to 20 x 20 cm. It also ensures good print quality without curling, even when cooling is on.
  • Zone IV (temperature 95 - 120 ° C) - at a temperature of 95 ° C - 120 ° C, prints have maximum adhesion of elements, which allows printing elements of various sizes and shapes. It allows printing of many elements at the same time ensuring long-lasting printing process.
