The Hyper Speed ​​Hot End is equipped with a nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm and allows you to print at 3 times faster while maintaining 100% quality. The Hot End is designed for Raise3D Pro 3 series 3D printers. Please note that all components of the Hyper Speed ​​Upgrade Kit must be installed in the Pro3 series 3D printer for the Hyper Speed ​​feature to work properly. Missing any of these items may result in a printing failure.

Hyper Speed Hot End

The Hyper Speed ​​Hot End features an active vibration cancellation algorithm that will calculate an optimized acceleration pattern and absorb the excessive amount of vibration every time the printer head makes a quick change of direction.

By measuring the natural frequency of the head, the processor will split the single acceleration command into two equivalent accelerations to generate two reverse vibration waves, which in turn cancel the self-vibration during the reverse phase. This makes the printer head able to minimize its own friction and shock using the same hardware.

Hardware

When printing at high speeds, hardware plays a key role in ensuring high-quality print results, despite extremely high print speeds.

The strong and stable construction of the Pro3 series ensures high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality, withstanding the effects of extremely high acceleration and high speeds. In addition, advanced processors can handle over six hundred thousand steps per second and implement an active vibration cancellation algorithm in Pro3 series 3D printers.

Filaments

Hyper Speed ​​line filaments are designed to withstand higher speeds while maintaining high quality. With an optimized and balanced molecular weight, Hyper Speed ​​ABS and Hyper Speed ​​PLA have better fluidity and lower heat capacity. Melting and cooling are faster. As a result, the surface quality of parts printed with Hyper Speed ​​filaments is smooth and most of the sharp details are preserved.
