Zortrax Curing Station is a professional post-processing device designed for exposure to UV light, which is required to obtain the desired mechanical properties of 3D printed models from photopolymer resins. The Curing Station supports the most popular resin 3D printing technologies: UV LCD, DLP and SLA.

Zortrax Curing Station has a metal chamber with a mirror surface that ensures even light distribution around 3D prints. The device has a special door opening sensor equipped with a built-in UV filter, which makes it possible to safely observe the curing process without UV radiation penetrating outside the curing chamber. The sensor will automatically turn off the UV lamp when it detects the door opening.

The curing process of the prints is fully automatic and takes only a few minutes. To guarantee the highest quality, post-processing takes place in a controlled and safe environment. The device is designed for post-treatment of even the most professional and demanding resins.

The curing chamber is made of polished sheets according to EN 10088-2 2P / ASTM No. 8 class with a mirror finish, which ensure even exposure to UV radiation for the cured models. The structure is reinforced by a rotary table on which the hardened parts are placed. This ensures that the post-treated models are free from weak spots due to insufficient exposure to UV radiation. Additionally, the device has a separate system to prevent overheating of the UV diodes.
