3D printing allows not only to rebuild the past, but above all to create the future. Stone 3D printing technology is widely used in architecture, monument conservation, the creation of functional elements or modern art. It enables prototyping and launching small-lot production with the use of granite, Carrara marble, limestone or 3D printers developed by manufacturers for stone-own materials, with excellent durability and mechanical properties.

Create unique elements using 3D stone printing

Traditional creation of unique elements of stone or concrete can be extremely costly and time-consuming. Thanks to the use of 3D technology in stone printing, we can minimize costs while maintaining the unique geometry, unlimited freedom of forms, accuracy up to 0.1 mm, printing speed over 100 liters per day, resistance of printed elements not only to compression up to 25 MPa but also to moisture, frost, fire, chlorides and acids.

How it's working?

The first step is to design a 3D model or obtain it through the 3D scanning process, and then upload it to dedicated software. The software allows you to select the appropriate parameters by specifying the type of material and the number of elements to be made.

The printout is created by spreading the previously selected raw material in layers, and then hardening it - layer by layer, until the desired final effect.

The resulting model should be cleaned of the remaining powder. Additionally, immersing the printout in water will increase its resistance. It can also be ground or polished.

Stone 3D printing technology is already used by numerous scientific and research centers around the world and by world-famous architectural offices.
