The Epsilon 3D printer with a build volume of 420 x 300 x 400 mm has been improved and given a new name Epsilon W50. Now it's time for the smaller version Epsilon W27, which offers the same high performance in a compressed build volume of 420 x 300 x 220 mm. These printers have the IDEX system and allow printing using water-soluble support materials.

3D printers are equipped with the IDEX (Independent Dual Extrusion) system, which allows printing in mirror mode and in duplication mode. This improves print quality and allows printing twice as many models at the same time.

BCN3D Smart Cabinet: Seamless Integration for Longer Uptime

The new Smart Cabinet BCN3D seamlessly integrates with both Epsilon 3D printers, maximizing their uptime. filament humidity control increases materials efficiency, protecting filament and reducing printing errors caused by humidity, significantly improving print quality.

The Smart Cabinet can hold up to 8 small spools (from 750g - 1kg) or 4 large spools (up to 2.5kg) that can be loaded into the 3D printer directly from this humidity-controlled environment, thus allowing you to print while keeping your materials in perfect condition.

The power supply protects your work at all times, avoiding the risk of losing the printing process due to power outages: in the event of a power failure, this system provides 2 minutes of additional printing time after a power failure, allowing the 3D printer to return automatically to the home position. Once the power is restored, you will be able to resume printing from the last position.

Print easily and safely on industrial materials

BCN3D Epsilon 3D printers are designed to handle the most demanding applications with features such as a full enclosure and a passively heated chamber that can reach temperatures of up to 60ºC. Many industrial applications are within reach thanks to the Hotend X, made of a special tool steel alloy. When used with any BCN3D Epsilon 3D printer, it allows printing on fiber-filled materials, allowing you to print stiffer parts that are designed to withstand the most demanding tasks. A good example of such technical materials is PP GF30 (30% glass fiber) and PAHT CF15 (15% carbon fiber), developed by BASF exclusively for the BCN3D Epsilon series.

To be able to work with these technical and abrasive materials, safety must be guaranteed. The BCN3D Epsilon series includes unparalleled safety features, including a HEPA filter and a carbon filter, which prevent the release of potentially harmful particles and fumes into the air; ensuring a shielded environment for those around the printer. In turn, the Safety Pause function stops the printing process every time the enclosure door is opened, ensuring your experience is always completely safe.

Full connectivity for a smooth workflow

Both the Epsilon W50 and Epsilon W27 are equipped with the latest connectivity features. Easily send files to print from anywhere with our BCN3D Cloud service, and do it over Wi-Fi for the most seamless workflow. You can also forget about manual firmware updates: if you choose to have them, Over The Air (OTA) updates ensure that your 3D printer is always up to date.

BCN3D Epsilon 3D printers are also compatible with a wide range of print heads: 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm; which increases their versatility and applications, from printing small, delicate details to large-scale solid parts.

BCN3D Sigma 3D printer series: designed for maximum productivity

Since the introduction of the Sigma 3D printer in 2015, Sigma has become BCN3D's best-selling 3D printer, known in the desktop 3D printing market for its pioneering IDEX (Independent Dual Extrusion) technology. Today, we say goodbye to the Sigma R19, which has been discontinued, and introduce the new Sigma D25. The Sigma D25 is designed to provide maximum productivity with features such as massive print volumes and full connectivity.

The 3D printer has a work area of 420 x 300 x 200 mm and is equipped with the IDEX system. Sigma D25 becomes the ideal tool for rapid prototyping. 3D printing modes, such as mirroring and duplicating, give you the ability to accelerate any product development process, quickly create new iterations and eliminate the need to wait for days for an ordered part.

Simple workflow for maximum ease of use

Sigma D25 has been optimized to work seamlessly with the materials most frequently used by our users, which are also the safest to print in an office environment: we are talking about the standard BCN3D PLA, PET-G, TPU and PVA filaments. You can select an enhanced print profile for each of them directly in BCN3D Cura and let your 3D printer do its thing - no need for tweaking and customizing, just press "print" and go on with your day!

In addition, like the Epsilon 3D printers, the Sigma D25 is equipped with the latest connectivity features. With our BCN3D Cloud service, you can easily send files to print from anywhere and do it over Wi-Fi for the most seamless workflow. Like the BCN3D Epsilon series, you can forget about manual software updates thanks to our Over The Air (OTA) updates, ensuring your 3D printer is always up to date!

Integrated into the front panel, the responsive, multilingual 5-inch touchscreen makes operation easy and intuitive – simply scroll through menus and select options. Detailed information such as the temperature of the build plate and nozzles provides real-time information on ongoing jobs and allows you to take action with ease, even without leaving your desk.

Advanced features and enhanced functionality

Compared to the Sigma R19, the new generation of desktop printers shows some differences. The first of these is of course the external design, with a new look chosen to distinguish the BCN3D Sigma line among our growing product portfolio, create a more unique image and better fit the desktop market.

However, the most exciting improvements are not so easy to see from the outside. For example, the new Sigma D25 offers better heat distribution thanks to an aluminum build plate and a silicone thermal pad that distributes heat evenly across the print surface. The calibration process has also been improved with an optimized firmware calculation system that allows for more precise level adjustments.

The extruders have also been moved to the back of the printer, reducing the distance to the head and preventing overheating issues; and both the X and Z axes have been strengthened, the former by changing the material to stainless steel and the latter by multiple changes to its mechanical structure.
