Formlabs Form 4 has six special systems that precisely measure and maintain temperature, resin level, print force and printing status inside the 3D printer. Additionally, the 3D printer is equipped with a tank that stores liquid resin inside the printer. The resin is hardened using a two-layer, flexible foil, which significantly reduces the peeling force, making it possible to print quickly without losing properties, accuracy and surface finish.

Source of light

The printer is equipped with a backlight module that generates a uniform and very high-power light projection area using 60 LEDs and collimating lenses. Formlabs Form 4 cures resins quickly and precisely, providing incredible print speeds with excellent print quality and accuracy anywhere on the build plate.
