EinScan Pro HD has a new algorithm responsible for lighting projection. The scanner is able to scan more objects with a dark or black color and a metal surface. This means that the possibilities of scanning 3D materials have increased.
The EinScan Pro HD 3D scanner has modular light projection. Pattern scanning that was used in continuous scan mode is now used in manual HD scan mode. Setting a minimum point distance of 0.2 mm and with an optimized algorithm guarantees high resolution and accuracy in manual scanning as well as in the case of permanent scanning.
The Pro HD scanner provides fast scanning speeds of up to 3,000,000 dots per second in manual mode and reduces the scanning time in constant mode by 0.5 seconds for each frame. The device has a USB 3.0 port which ensures fast data transmission.
The EinScan Pro HD 3D scanner has many scanning modes, thus increasing the scanning capabilities for more applications. The device offers high accuracy and efficiency. The scanner can work in manual HD scanning mode, fast scan mode and permanent or automatic mode using Industrial Pack. With the help of the Color Pack it will also be possible to scan colored textures.
EinScan Pro HD provides scanning accuracy up to 0.045 mm in manual HD scan mode, up to 0.1 mm in manual quick scan mode and up to 0.04 mm using Industrial Pack. Manual HD scan mode scans at 10 frames per second and 3,000,000 points per second, and the point distance is 0.2 mm -3 mm, while Manual Quick Scan mode scans at 30 frames per second and 1,500 points per second at a distance point 0.25 mm-3 mm.
Color Pack and Industrial Pack are optional add-ons that increase scanning capabilities for more applications. They increase scanning performance without additional preparation. Industrial Pack is a set designed for scanning small or medium-sized objects. It allows permanent scanning without or using a rotary table for the best accuracy and detail of the scanned object. The SHINING3D Color Pack, on the other hand, includes a texture camera that captures the full color and texture details of the scanned 3D object.
Using the optimal add-ons, which is the Industrial Pack, allows you to scan in static and automatic mode. Static mode uses a tripod with a 3D scanner installed. It is designed in particular for scanning medium-sized objects. It perfectly captures data with high accuracy and detail. Automatic mode uses a rotary table to perform automatic scanning in 360 degrees in a few minutes. It is intended mainly for small objects.
