Extension of the seller's warranty

Seller warranty extension

The package includes the seller's warranty and is an extension of the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The 3D scanner is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Buying an additional dealer warranty extension increases your device warranty to 24 months.

Terms of warranty

Under warranty, your device will be repaired and damaged parts will be replaced. In addition, the 3D scanner will be tested for correct operation. The cost of delivering the 3D scanner to the service is the customer's responsibility, however, the return shipping is covered under the warranty.

They are not covered by the warranty

• Defects caused by incorrect use of the device.
• Mechanical damage.

Warranty conditions not included above are included directly in the manufacturer's warranty.
