Hotends for 3D printers BCN3D

BCN3D printers allow printing with exchangeable hotendes. 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0 and hotend x diameter 0.6mm are available for the BCN3D Epsilon 3D printer, while for Sigmax and Sigma with 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0 mm and a 0.5 mm steel nozzle made of hardened stainless steel.

Close cooperation with the English manufacturer allowed BCN3D to equip Epsilon, Sigma and Sigmax printers with the highest quality hotends. Improved hotends include: high precision in the execution to ensure the best filament extrusion, improved heat supply to ensure accurate temperature distribution, more accurate parameter reading and uniform extrusion thanks to improved electronics and assembly by e3D, which ensures the best quality control by an experienced team of engineers.

Hotend X designed for 3D Epsilon printers

Hotend X with a 0.6 mm diameter nozzle made of a special steel alloy and opens up a whole new world of industrial applications. After installing the nozzle in the BCN3D Epsilon 3D printer, it will be possible to print from special materials. This will allow you to print stiffer parts for the most demanding applications. Hotend X is extremely hard and is adapted to work with high temperatures. Hotend X is only compatible with the BCN3D Epsilon 3D printer and is ideally suited to work with BCN3D materials such as PP GF30, PAHT CF15.

0.5mm hotend made of hardened stainless steel for Sigmax and Sigma

The carefully designed, hardened stainless steel nozzle is used for all kinds of materials with increased abrasion, which allows for long-lasting printing from demanding filaments without any signs of wear. The 0.5mm diameter nozzle ensures a balance between printing speed and accuracy, it is a universal application that will help you achieve better results in all circumstances. Ideal for filaments with admixtures such as carbon fiber, wood or metal.

Nozzles with a smaller diameter are ideal for printing detailed models, while nozzles with a larger diameter allow faster printing and the production of more resistant parts. It provides a balance between speed and accuracy of printing. The 0.6 mm Hotend X designed for BCN3D Epsilon allows you to print models from special materials.
