CFSYS A500 PRO 3D printer

CFSYS A500 PRO is an industrial 3D printer using FFF technology with a working area of ​​408 x 355 x 510 mm, allowing printing from composite materials and continuous filament (CFF/CFR) at a speed of 500 mm/s. The CFSYS A500 PRO 3D printer is equipped with a material station that allows you to place 4 spools of filaments weighing 3 kg. Additionally, the material station has the function of automatic filament feeding, automatic heating up to 120℃ and automatic material drying.

Bulber software has a Fiber Laying function that intelligently arranges fibers during printing to significantly increase the durability of the print. Carbon fiber, glass fiber (Glass Fiber0) or aramid fiber (Aramid Fiber) are most often added to strengthen prints. The fiber laying process consists in laying the fibers lengthwise during printing inside or on the edges of the printed element. CCF/PPS

The CCF/PPS material is characterized by heat resistance (above 200°C) and chemical corrosion resistance. The CCF/PPS material has high stiffness and anti-slip properties, which makes CCF/PPS perfect for printing elements exposed to high temperatures and loads, such as pump valves or electronic insulation.

CCF/PA

CCF/PA is a classic material for 3D printing using the FDM method made of continuous fibers, which combines lightness and high strength with ease of processing.
