The Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D filament offers high printing speeds, up to 60 mm/s, without loss of quality. Additionally, the filament allows you to obtain a matte finish, making the finished print much more attractive than in the case of TPU filament. Printing with MattFlex 40D allows you to hide layers more easily, giving the finished 3D print a perfect surface without the need for further processing.

Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D

MattFlex 40D has high impact strength, tensile strength, compressive strength up to 50% and resistance to chemicals and low temperatures. All these properties, flexibility and matte surface finish make it a versatile material for 3D printing.

Due to its properties, the MattFlex 40D filament is used in the production of rubber machine parts such as seals, elements that require frequent bending, and flexible hinges. The material is also used to create phone cases and cases, watch straps and tires.
